The installation was completed very professionally and both lads knew exactly what they were doing and what each other was doing.
Although the installation was not straight forward they completed the task expertly.

Anthony phoned me and I told him what I was after ( a 5kw system) and how much I had to spend. Within 24 hours he called back with a package worked out that was better then all my other quotes. He also sent through the specs of the panels and the specs on the inverter. To say I'm pleased with the work that New Eden Energy did would be an understatement. Garry and the guys that installed the system were terrific. They told me exactly what they were going to do, answered all my questions, then upon completion they walked me through the system and explained everything in layman's terms. I originally began ringing around and got sick of people not getting back to me. I then went through Solar Quotes. They put me in contact with a gentleman by the name of Anthony Prior. He had a quote for me within 24 hours of contact and the system has been installed with 4 weeks of my acceptance. They had stock here in Melbourne and only use quality material. They have taken care of all the paperwork to get rebates and connection to the grid with the power company. I chose a 5 kilowatt system which not only eliminates my power bill but should pay for itself in about 5 years through the feed in tariffs available. A bigger outlay initially but in the mid term will benefit me and long term, hopefully make me some money. I did get quotes from other companies and most others I received quotes from were going to take between 8-12 weeks and were on average $1500 – $3000 more expensive for the same systems.

Graham commented that he is "Very wary about doing business over the internet" He was impressed with the prompt service he received and was very surprised when the installer continued to work even when it was raining. The installer suggested that the inverter be placed in the garage. Graham is impressed with this helpful advice. He has invited me to come up for tea. When asked about referring me to others he is going to get some names from the people that he meets on a regular basis. He has no trouble recommending our company.
